At DigiVessel, we provide digital and non-tangible services related to social media marketing. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds to Payment Gateway
All deposits made to your DigiVessel account are non-refundable to the original payment method (such as PayPal, UPI, cards, etc.). Once a payment is completed, it cannot be reversed or withdrawn.
If a refund is applicable, it will be credited only to your DigiVessel account balance, which can be used for future orders on the platform.
2. Non-Tangible Services
DigiVessel sells non-tangible and irrevocable digital services. Once an order is completed and the service is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
By purchasing any service on DigiVessel, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders placed on DigiVessel cannot be canceled or refunded once they are submitted. Please ensure that all order details (username, link, quantity, etc.) are correct before placing the order.
4. Non-Deliverable Orders
If an order becomes non-deliverable, the system may issue a refund in the form of account balance to your DigiVessel wallet.
However, refunds will not be provided for:

Deleted posts/pages during service processing

Orders placed with wrong information
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
By depositing funds on DigiVessel, you agree not to open disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider for any reason.
If a dispute or chargeback is filed:

Your DigiVessel account may be permanently suspended

All current and future orders may be terminated

Delivered services may be removed where possible
6. Fraudulent Activity
Any fraudulent actions such as:

Using unauthorized or stolen payment methods

Suspicious account behavior
will result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Multiple Server Usage
Customers should not place multiple orders for the same link using different services or servers at the same time. Doing so may affect delivery accuracy, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Service Delivery Time
Most services on DigiVessel start instantly, while some services may take 24–48 hours to begin processing.
If your service does not start within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
9. Customer Support
Our support team is available up to 18 hours a day to help resolve any issues related to your orders.
